I am doing the P90X Classic routine right now...getting ready for week three.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away!

Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.

I am not going to get carried away in other people's drama. I am going to put my energy into my own life.

12 years into maintaining my 150 pound weight loss I do 30 - 40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, and strength train at least 2 days a week!

I write and blog about my weight loss experience at: www.fittothefinish.com/blog

I am working on a 24-week plan I created for myself...but the next three weeks look like this:

Sunday: weights

Cathe Friedrich Gym Styles:
Chest & Triceps

Monday: cardio

Shaun T. InSaNiTy: Plyometric Cardio Circuit (am)
Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (pm)

Tuesday: weights

Cathe Friedrich Gym Styles:
Back & Biceps & Shoulders

Wednesday: cardio

Shaun T. InSaNiTy: Pure Cardio Circuit (am)
Enviga Bootcamp (Fit Tv) - (pm)

Thursday: weights

Exercise TV Glutes 10 minutes &
Kim Kardashian Lower Body workout 2x &
3 sets of Calf raises with weights.
Exercise TV: 18 Min. Lower Workout Housewives #1
& Bootylicious Buns Stephanie Vitorilo

(These will kill your butt & legs if done with heavy weights and intensity!)

Friday: weights/cardio circuit full body

P90x+ Total Body Workout Plus (am)
Shaun T. InSaNiTy: Power Cardio & Resistance (pm)(partial)

Saturday: light core balance or off

Off or (Shaun T. InSaNiTy Cardio Recovery) - depends on how I feel

Cardio is sometimes the same with a few of the routines changed and substituted to avoid getting bored.

my routine is different every week because my work schedule is all over the place (i'm in retail)...but i try to make it to the gym at LEAST 4 times a week, where i'll do about an hour of cardio (either elliptical, treadmill or stairmaster or a combination).

i do strength training 3X a week.

if i don't have time to go to the gym i'll try to go for a run or do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred at home!

I go to the gym 3-4x a week and do 30-45 minutes on the elliptical or walk the treadmill on an incline for the same amount of time. When I'm not doing cardio days I lift free weights at home and do an ab workout for about 30 minutes. I usually take one day off from everything (no cardio or strength training)

I'm on my last few weeks of P90X Doubles, so my schedule looks like this:

MWF: 1 hr strength training, 45 min-1 hour cardio
T: 1 hr plyometrics
Th: 90 min yoga, 45 min-1 hour cardio
Saturday: 1 hr kenpo cardio
Sunday: 1 hr stretch

Next month, I'm going to drop down to 45 minutes of weights 3x a week and 45 minutes of cardio 3x a week, until January when I start my second round of ChaLean Extreme.
