60 mins interval training on the treadmill & 20mins rowing for me :)

I did 80 minutes and feel GOOD. Nice weather here in BHC, AZ. Not too hot so the walking was nice. And all the dogs in the neighborhood got their snacks. I made peanut butter snacks for them..
