walking & bike at the gym

I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 54 years old. I am starting the Fall Challenge ,Firecrackers Team,on P.S.T. My exercise plan is 2400 minutes a month.I do walking, ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week & go ice skating for 90 minutes 2 times a week for people over 50. My name is Linda. WEight is not accurate, it was weught 2 weeks a go but went up & down. Will track on the weekend & majke the loss accurate.

I am walking to my community center in 2 hours to try their ice rink. I have a free pass till the end of March because of low income, everything included, it is 2 times a week 75 minutes each time. Next month I start a ice skating women's exercise class for 7 weeks as well, with a subsidy it will cost $7.00. I also have a 1 month free gym pass there I got at their open house.I will use that next month, this month I have pass tickets to use up for 12 times at the gym, any day. So both should be good cardio & walking to both their & back is 20 minutes each time.
