Yet again, not my usual, but I can see the direction I'm going in:

25 minutes BOSU aerobics (dance aerobics done on the dome side up, of a BOSU ball to rapid music)

20 minutes arc trainer (no pain, no problems; except got a little mentally bored)

various arm exercises with aerobic body bars (not so cardio, but boredom problem solved)

20 minutes extra walking, etc....

4 miles of steady paced walking....despite an ankle and hip that both felt really 'tight' or out of joint when I started.... By one mile, they were much better...and haven't hurt at all the rest of the day! GO Figure!! (If they'd still been hurting, it would have been an afternoon sitting in the waiting room at my favorite Doc's office!! LOL)

Again, not my usual ... recumbent bike 35 min
arc trainer 5 min
Extra Walking 25+ min

I cannot use a treadmill for over 10 min. without limping and pain emoticon due to heel spurs and plantar fasciitis on both feet.

If a gym (I am guesting at) has the Arc Trainer, I finally found it doable ... AT nearly 40 pounds less than in 2013. I hope to find another guest pass to a gym, soon.

Otherwise, why should I be breaking my gym-free streak of 6 years' standing as of September 30 ... ?

Looking for work .. should I luck out and find relative stability and much easier commute than I'd had ... maybe I would short-term rejoin a gym .... just a thought, cannot generally afford one ....
