Did a 20 minute walk, went to the gym, 15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 on the stationary bike (both at sprint intervals) then finished with 10 more minutes of walking. Then in the evening, I went on a 30 minute walk with my boyfriend. An hour and a half all together. I feel great!

Hi Ladies,

Sorry, I have not been around but I've been having problems getting online. However, I've been a good girl and have done a good job at keeping up with my exercise routine. Tonight I did Denise Austin Hit the Spot Abs, Thighs, and Buns. I was able to do the advanced section for Thighs and Buns but I had to do the beginner section for abs. Yesterday, I did some ballet and lower body exercise from one of my Denise Austin exercise books.

Yes, walked about 3 miles, so far, kayaked for an hour and a half and did some yoga and stretching. I am going stir crazy trying to take a rest day today!
