Nope, taking today as an "active" rest day. Walked the dog a few times although she loves to stop and sniff everything lol! And I wiped down half of a bedroom walls today with Lysol and water. Does that count? lol probably wouldn't count it anyways because I had to keep stopping to wring out the rag or climb up and down the step ladder lol.
I am dong this because I over trained yesterday and my pecs are sore as heck! Did 40 minutes treadclimber, 40 minutes dumbbells, and took an hour walk last night!
