I was able to do my entire prescribed exercise program , even side planks but I am sore. As far as tracking calories burned I have decided to take an average of two values...the one Lifecycle gave me for 2.8 miles and Spark's value for 40 minutes. I was never good at math, but this seems ok..

On my way to a brand new me.
