I run or cycle. Prefer run. When I have a bad day or need to relax.... that is my go to. I am just starting to look at venues (today actually is day 1 of looking). So, I don't know the amount of stress it will bring. But, I have a feeling I will be running a lot :)
what does everyone do to stay calm and reduce stress? i'm working out regularly, but i had to walk away from a venue because they just wouldn't negotiate most of the terms of their contract. i'd been a giant ball of stress until i decided to just go with one day and one venue (vs. two days & 3 venues... ugh). any tips?
