congrats! do you do a LOT on that one day you work out? maybe you should try aiming for 10-15 min every day for a week or something smaller like that- it's more achievable and maybe once you reach that goal you'll be motivated to keep going? it's the small changes that add up- go for a walk around the block in the morning or after dinner, start making healthier food substitutions, etc. it takes me a while to get into my groove, honestly- it's a lot for me to get the food and workouts back on track once i derail, so i try to re-start slowly and then get back into the swing of things.
and you'll be beautiful on your wedding day- you'll be so happy and everyone will see that!
