That depends on how much you have to lose.
The more you have to lose, the easier it is to lose it. However, if 60 lbs is all you have to lose, it may not be possible. That's because the less yo uhave to lose, the slower you can lose it.
You can reasonably attempt to lose about 3% of your remaining weight loss goal. At 60 lbs to go, you can aim for 1.8-2 lbs a week.
At 30, you'll be able to aim for .8-1 lb per week.
At 10 to go, you'll be aiming for *at most* about .25-.3 lbs per week.
It's like a bell curve. So honestly, no, I don't think you can reasonably nor safely lose 60 lbs in 7 months. However, you can certainly lose a lot, and you should definitely try. Remember, this is about being beautiful no matter your size, not only being able to be beautiful at a particular weight.
Remember that weight loss is about the foods you eat; working out twice a day won't help if you're still eating too much. Use the SP program, update your goals, and be HEALTHY. You are going to be gorgeous no matter what. All brides are. :)
