There are some things you just can't worry about and I know that's easier said than done. You can't worry about your bridesmaid...remind her but ultimately it's on her since she's an adult. Don't worry about your own dress alterations since you'll be trying it on after the alterations are completed. Presumably you'd put together a reasonable budget at the beginning of planning and are sticking to it; be confident in that.

With the venue and decorations I'd ask them about it. If you can see a table set up ahead if time or if they have photos of weddings they've done previously. No matter what happens it's going to be great cause you're marrying the love of your life! :-)

That is exactly the case. And it is not just the projects but stress about money and organizing everything with vendors. Scheduling meetings with them and making sure they all are able to work together. Worrying about a bridesmaid that hasn't paid for her dresses yet with 6 weeks left and she knows it's going to need altered. Worrying about my own dress fitting and how the alterations are going to turn out. Worrying about the reception decorations. Because of the budget I had to do them all myself and I've never seen a wedding in this space and I'm not sure how it's going to look. Worrying about every possible thing besides exercising.

Could you afford to hire someone to help you out? If you couldn't afford it. Enlist the help of your bridesmaids, to help you with these projects. That is unless the bridesmaids aren't as cautious about the project. Which will only cause more stress.

My first goal is to get back to 135lbs (just 6.8 lbs to go)

It sounds like you're doing too much for your wedding. At this point I'm assuming it's too late for you to scale back what you're doing or to pay someone else to do it for you. Your wedding is one day and there's no reason it should stress you out this much or disrupt your life so much. I would look at what tasks you have left and delegate to people you trust, fiance, mother, sister, friends, in laws, etc

Someone please help me. I am so stressed about planning that I have a hard time controlling what I eat. And I'm so tired from planning that I can't motivate myself to workout. In two weeks, I have actually gained weight. I'm exhausted all the time and I can't even get me projects that I'm working on for the wedding done. I have 45 days to (at a minimum) maintain my weight. Someone please help me light a fire under my butt before my dress doesn't fit anymore!
