First off - congratulations on what you have accomplished!

I saw a comic once that said - eat less and do more. With eating less - keeping an honest food journal (like on this website) helps to keep perspective. If I haven't been losing weight, but see that I've been eating 1,800 - 2,500 calories a day - I get it. Also, with activity - try to add a new activity - biking, yard work, etc.

Good luck! I'm in a similar situation and wish you well.

Is it possible? Anyone have any tips? I have lost a ton of weight, I used to weigh 230 and now I am 135-140. You would think I could manage the rest! I am struggling so much! I have been at my current weight for a year. Since then I have met the love of my life and we are getting married in less than 3 months!! That will give you the motivation to lose that weight to get to my ultimate goal!!HELP
