Unless you socialize with your coworkers outside of work. You don't have to invite them to your wedding.

If they ask just explain that you are having an intimate destination wedding.

Only rude people ask if they are invited to your wedding. And if you are honest and straight forward about it. And they get their feelings hurt. So be it, they shouldn't have asked in the first place.

OK I'm not sure where you mean when you say 'south' but what comes to my mind is an all inclusive islandy deal...so if that's the case you could handle it two ways.

1. Tell them you're doing an immediate family only wedding and invite no one not even the boss.

2. Invite them all but give them the info for a different hotel so that you won;t run into them all week.

Good luck.

Funny, I'm kinda dealing with the same thing. I wouldn't just invite your boss. That would probably get around and could cause feelings.

Seeing as they are all talking about it, I would give them all an official invitation. Like you said, it is highly likely that they will all come, especially if it a destination wedding.
