My new 10 day challenge. 7/22 to 7/31. Include squats and the superman exercise for 8 days out of the ten. On the treadmill do 10 minutes of each workout at an incline.
Exercise 5 days a week for at least 20 minutes. Strength training at least twice a week each for upper, lower and core. After too many snacks tonight, no food after 8:00 PM as of 6/18. Keep cholesterol under 100mg and sodium under 1200mg daily.
