sandwiches - loaded with mustard, mayo, grilled with butter, stacked with veggies and cheese, rye bread. Even veggie dogs with ketchup and onions on a bun. Sandwiches should be messy to eat to be completely perfect. And a side of chips doesn't hurt.

Very spicy spaghetti. I could eat spicy foods three times a day - because I can actually TASTE them. Anything bland, I can pass up forever. I carry cayenne pepper with me to add in restaurants. By the way, cayenne is VERY heart-healthy.
