You can click on the calendar icon, which is to the right of the date. When you click on that, a calendar will pop open and you can select a date there (you can use the arrow icon in the calendar to go back to previous months).

Let's say I wanted to check on a specific day in the past on my nutrition tracker. Let's also say from a couple of months ago. Is there an easy way to do this other than using the back arrow which only goes from day to day? Is there nowhere to input a date which you wish to see? (Same with fitness tracker). Thanks.
