Yeh, I've read that article many times and I'm of the opinion too that it must be my provider which ironically is Yahoo, the one that works best with SP. It's so strange as I get some of the SP emails, just not all of them - The Weekly Spark, Community Highlights and now the daily ones - all of which somehow must be falling through the techno tracks - The Weekly Spark is the one I miss the most. Thank goodness at least I can get the daily ones through my Email Preferences page. Perhaps one day SP might consider posting the Weekly one and Community Highlights like the others. Oh well, thanks for trying to help anyway.

It looks like your preferences are set correctly and we know the emails are going out, so something is happening with your provider getting them to you. Here's an article that gives our tips for what to do if any of your emails stop in case that provides any additional tips:

Yes, actually I empty my spam folder every day, but before doing so, I check to make sure that they are indeed spam and not something I want to see.

Have you checked your spam folder in your email to see if they are there?

We haven't discontinued any of those emails. Maybe you could try checking those boxes again on your email preferences page and saving changes, in the hopes they start coming through regularly?

Has The Weekly Spark been discontinued?

I can't remember when I last received the email - the same with Community Highlights - is it gone too?

I used to receive both - The Weekly Spark on Tuesdays & Community Highlights on Thursdays - regularly every week. Then they seemed to be just once and awhile - and now, well as I said, I can't remember when I received either it's been so long.

And, yes, I regularly clean my cache and my mail provider is Yahoo Canada,

I especially miss The Weekly Spark as it used to be my most favourite email of the week.

And as for my daily emails (Best of SparkPeople, Exercise Tip of the Day and Recipe of the Day), which I no longer receive either, I go to my Email Preferences page to get them.

However, I do seem to be getting my other weekly emails regularly, i.e. Diabetes Management, Heart Health, and the other six.
