Have you tried turning your device completely off? Sometimes that resolves app issues too. If you do that and continue to have trouble, you can email the screenshot to me at denise@sparkpeople.com.

I have an iphone and the app is not working correctly with it either. I can sign in, but the load spinner just sits and does not allow me to make any entries. I just continues to sit.

Any suggestions.

There must have been some issue with the android app because I normally don't have to sign in. This morning it was requesting a user name and password. I just tried to do it again, and it went right to the app.

No, the app is working correctly. Are you sure you are signing in with the correct username/password? I know it's easy to miss a character on my phone or even type in something incorrectly.

Are there any technical difficulties with the app today. I can sign in (obviously) on the full website, but it will not let me on the mobile app. It is saying incorrect username and/or password.

I'm not seeing that issue on my app. Will you please take a screenshot of those pages (the start page, the nutrition page with tracked food and the fitness page with tracked exercise) and send those to me at denise@sparkpeople.com?

I loaded the mobile app on my android phone for when I am out of town and don't have wifi. I have discovered that even though I am able to add food and exercise and the total appears correct on the start page, it is not listed on the nutrition page or fitness page. Those pages simply say, "You have not tracked any food today." I guess my problem with that is when I have incorrectly inputted food, like 31 oz. instead of 3 oz. of a food, I have no way to change it. Is there something I am doing wrong or is there some other way to view the list of food without having to haul my computer to a hotspot to correct it?
