Please see my reply to your other post in this message board (link below) regarding some things to check with your Spark Activity Tracker. This thread here is from last July and is not applicable to your current issue.
This is getting really aggravating. My Spat lights up but the dongle does not! It's been this way for 2 days! I think allowing the FitBit to be able to download to SPARK has messed the system up. Please make an announcement In plain sight so that we don't have to go digging to find the right place to post issues with our SPAT! If I have to buy a FitBit, it is for sure I'll not be returning here..............

Sorry, but the Fitlinxx system is still down. There is a message about the outage on the Spark Tracker Details page. From your Start page, click the "See Tracker Details" button that displays in your Step 1 section if you have the Spark connected to your account. On that page, the following message is near the top in red:
"Our partner, FitLinxx, is currently experiencing issues with their system and it is currently down. All of your data will be stored on your device and will sync up once FitLinxx system comes back online. Until then, you won't be able to calibrate your device or reclassify events. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I just logged onto SparkPeople and didn't see a message on the home page saying SPAT was still down. Is it back up and running? If it is, mine still isn't working. Could you please post updates on the main page so I don't have to check the message board? Thanks!
