You can try going to your Start Menu (press the Windows key on your keyboard) and then type SparkPeople while on that screen. This will automatically search your computer and find the installed file (Note: you do not have to type into any search box, but can just start typing while the Start Menu page is open). Once it finds the SparkPeople Connect program, right click the icon and choose to pin it to your Start menu or Taskbar for easy access That should help with getting the program to run when you start your compute

I think I found it "hidden" in background! Thank you. I'll work with it and see how it does. Must be the Winter blizzards we had here.. 2, too many! :O) Have a great day! Tiny Icon near date/time was not showing.. I have to see if I can make it visable, versus hiding.

I don't get that page, Jenn. All that comes up is "Spark People is already connected." :O((

When you double-click on the icon in the tool bar, a box should pop up. From there you click on SyncPoint, and you'll see the 3 indicators I mentioned below.

It is now green, however can you tell me where the "sync point page" is, as I've yet to find that. when I click on the spark diamond on tool bar, it just says "connected and running." It took almost an hour for USB to go from clear to green. Winter Doldrums perhaps, in Boston area! :O0 Thanks much. :O)

Hi Gail

Please check to make sure the SparkPeople Connect application is running by locating it in the System Tray on your computer, which is located in the bottom right corner of your screen near the date and time. You may need to click the arrow in that area to view all programs in your System Tray. If you are a Mac user, you can look for the SparkPeople Connect application in your dock near the bottom of your screen.

If the SparkPeople Connect application is installed and running, please check the 3 status indicators on the SyncPoint page and let us know what colors are listed next to each one.

I don't have any further details right now. I'm not sure what kind of wrist band she has, but our site does sync with Fitbit (if that's what it is) if you set it up in your account.

Do you have any idea of when this will be back up. One of my daughters has a wrist band that stores her information, transfers it to her computer and cell phone and she never seems to have trouble. In the interest of being able to keep track of my activities, should I switch? And can my sparkpeople supports use that to track as well?

I'm sorry if you didn't get a response to your first request for help. (I'm not sure where that was, but didn't see any record of it, so maybe we didn't see it.) Our partner, FitLinxx, is currently experiencing issues with their system and it is currently down. All of your data will be stored on your device and will sync up once FitLinxx system comes back online. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is the SECOND time my tracker won't sync. UGH! I asked for help the first time and never received a reply. I don't know what to do about it and you're not providing assistance. I have encouraged others to buy this, but I won't do that anymore. This is RIDICULOUS! I have no idea of what I've done for the past week. I can't meet my goals when I can't track my goals. Please, please, please advise me of what I should do now. I have already decided to buy a tracker from a different company, but that should NOT be the answer to this problem.
