Do you have any idea of when this will be back up. One of my daughters has a wrist band that stores her information, transfers it to her computer and cell phone and she never seems to have trouble. In the interest of being able to keep track of my activities, should I switch? And can my sparkpeople supports use that to track as well?
I'm sorry if you didn't get a response to your first request for help. (I'm not sure where that was, but didn't see any record of it, so maybe we didn't see it.) Our partner, FitLinxx, is currently experiencing issues with their system and it is currently down. This is the SECOND time my tracker won't sync. UGH! I asked for help the first time and never received a reply. I don't know what to do about it and you're not providing assistance. I have encouraged others to buy this, but I won't do that anymore. This is RIDICULOUS! I have no idea of what I've done for the past week. I can't meet my goals when I can't track my goals. Please, please, please advise me of what I should do now. I have already decided to buy a tracker from a different company, but that should NOT be the answer to this problem.
