If you share the food tracker, the people who have access to your Spark page will be able to see it.
No one will be able to comment on it. And certainly no one should be judging someone's food tracker! I've had mine public for the last two years, and happily I have not been chastised for my splurges and food-delinquencies. Like you, I appreciate the accountability piece -- even when I'm naughty.
Hope this helps! Rebecca

Hi, I have a question. If I check on my SparkPage that I want to "share my food tracker," does that make it completely public to anyone on SparkPeople, or can it be made visible to only my SP friends, or even specific people? My accountability partner and I want to share our trackers, but we don't necessarily want doing that to invite comments from other people about our food selections.
