thanks Merle .. that is a good relief to know .. just because it would be so confusing trying to sort it all out .. hopefully they get it fixed soon, and we won't have to worry about our glow getter awards and such .. it is not that i work out just for those, but i so look forward to them for motivation and inspiration .. thanks again ..

Hi COLLEENCONQUERS,

Your Spark will retain up to 2 weeks of data depending on your amount of activity; for what you describe, there should not be an issue with having all your data saved. When the Fitlinxx server is back online and your data syncs, it will post them for the original date and time that you actually did them. It may take a little while for all the data to upload so when things do start syncing again, please be patient and wait for all data to load. I do not have an answer for you yet about the glow getter awards, etc. We will see what can be done if that is necessary.

when this thing finally comes back online it is going to dump/log our activity on the right days?? will it gives us our miles done/calories burned, steps taken, etc on the days we actually did them?? or will it just be lumped all together as one activity?? also, what about our ribbons if it isn't back online for 48 more hours?? is spark going to fix it and give us the right amount of steps, miles, etc etc for the week?? are we going to get our 'glow getter' awards?? how long can this keep going on before, if we work out 120 minutes or more a day, we start losing our older information and it doesn't log it at all?? thanks in advance for answers ...
