We didn't change anything and I wasn't able to replicate the issue, so I'm glad it is working for you now.

I shut my iPad all the way off and now it's working. Did the techs do something or did shutting it down do the trick?

Please advise.

I'm not computer savvy, lol, but I don't have apps on my iPad so it must be a browser.

No error message just white blank screen.

Are you using the app or using the browser on your iPad? What exactly happens when you try to access it? Do you get an error? If so, what exactly does it say?

I use a first generation (older model) iPad. I was unable to acces SparkPeople site on my iPad this morning, however, I was able to access it from my iPhone.

I generally use my iPhone throughout the day to enter food into the nutritional tracker but I use my iPad for the other spark features.

The new recent changes are positive on my iPhone but feel so frustrated that I cannot effectively use my iPad too. Today I was unable to even bring it up.

Please advise.
