As I mentioned in the other thread, you can find those by rolling your mouse over the Today on SparkPeople tab (to the right of the Community tab at the top of the page), then under Quick Links (bottom middle section) you can click on My SparkFavorites.
You can create new favorites for articles, videos, and message boards (team message boards are not able to be saved though).
Hope that helps!

Denise, where are the Spark Favorites displayed now? Are we still able to save team forum threads as Spark Favorites? My team and I used that Top 5 all the time to access our chat threads quickly. I see this message board thread can be saved as a favorite, but I don't see the option on my team threads.

RESOLUTE. I resolve to eat clean and track my nutrition to ensure a calorie deficit.
RENEGADE. I am a renegade against mindless munching. Just a little more WILL hurt...my progress!
Can you help me with a question? I'd like to save "8 Hip Flexor Stretches and Exercises for Healthy Hips " as one of my Spark Favorites. I'm not sure if I've forgotten how, or the site has changed from the last time I save a favorite. What does a person do to save a favorite link or video? Thanks.
