They can only track food and nutrition up to 7 days in advance (some do use it as a planning tool that way). However, as the month goes on, those on the SparkPoints Leaderboards who log daily will begin to catch up to those who log longer periods of time. By the end of the month, tracking ahead has no influence on the monthly leaderboards.

I noticed that the people also get points if they do the let spark set up the plan - don't know if they do the things or not put they get the points regardless.

I agree it's frustrating - I only log what I do and when I do it - and these people get credit up front regardless of if they do it.

There are also people that feel the need to track everything weeks in advance. I personally feel this is cheating.

There are some people that are on the site that live in places where it is already 7/2, but also, there are some points tasks that are one-time challenges, but offer higher point values, so it could be one or both of those things happening.

This may not be the "right" place to post this question, but I couldn't find an answer so here it is.....
Today is July 1st, how do some people have thousands of points already?
So discouraging to drop from 720 points in the middle of the night to 2,094. LOL
