Our program will never recommend that that your calorie range goes below a certain minimum so I wonder if that is why you were seeing the smaller deficit than you want.

No matter how I reset my weight-loss goals, my suggested calorie range remains as only about 150-250 calorie deficit.

Obviously, with that small a deficit, I am not seeing much progress.

I do like having the trackers connected - it does make my life much easier - but not if it won't take into consideration that I need a minimum of 375 calorie deficit daily to lose a minimum of 3/4 pound per week to reach my current goal.

Changing weight-loss goal to 2 lbs per week did not change the calorie range at all which doesn't make any sense at all.

edit: I just disconnected the 2 trackers and it put my calorie range back to 1200-1550. This will work for me until I reach my goal weight - then I'll just connect them again.
