There is a limit of 120 minutes per day that is applied to the "My Fitness Minutes" section. One day this week, you had over 120 minutes so the first 120 goes into that section; but not the rest. All your time still counts in your Fitness Tracker so you get full credit for it there; just not in "My Fitness Minutes". So, your numbers there are correct when you take this explanation into consideration.
Regarding the video not working. Is it all videos or just a particular one that is not working for you? I tried several of them just now and they all played for me. If they still will not play for you, here are a few things you should try to get them working:
- The most common issue has to do with not having the latest Flash Player. You can go to www.adobe.com to download the newest version of Flash and see if that helps.
- Ad blocker programs can also cause this issue. If you have the latest Flash Player and it is not a Flash issue, it is probably an ad blocker you can disable when on sparkpeople.com.
- Another option is to try to view the videos using a different browser.
I can add activity minutes to my fitness tracker BUT they do not show up in the "My Fitness Minutes" display. I click on a video to work with it and the video never appears. Instead, I go directly to the "add to fitness tracker; make comment" screen.
