Correct. I would recommend the Workout Generator if you want a workout plan created for you.

Well, could you at least put the links to the Demo exercises back on the fitness page - or make it a small pop up window like the food database page? That really stinks that the advertising has taken over the page and you have to go find what you are looking for instead of it being where it should be.

Sorry but that feature is no longer available, so you would need to add those exercises to your tracker on your own.

I have gone round and round trying to click on fitness setup to get the Sparkpeople workout set up on my fitness tracker. I just can't seem to find it anywhere. I have looked in the fitness setup and the goal for strength training is there and it asks how many days and how long -- but -- there isn't a way to click on any type of exercises that SP may recommend. I know I have seen the setup to have it put it there for you, but, I'm tired of clicking on the same things and getting the incorrect results. Where is it?
For Instance: On the Track My Nutrition, there is a button for Nutrition goals and you select if you want SP to recommend nutritious meals. I don't see anything like that on the Fitness Setup. Also, i see the workout generator page, but, it seems to me, you used to be able to pick through some of the different types of exercises right on the page for fitness tracking...now..you have to go to the workout generator and then you can add it to your fitness tracker. Sure would like to not have to bounce back and forth to pick the different exercises of different types of things. For instance: If you use a weight machine for some things, then you use resistance bands for other things... you may not do the whole workout - just parts and it would be nice to add just those that you do on the same screen/page.
