Been talking to my hubby about this, did forget to mention, whenever I log in my exercises for the day and I am done, I cannot click on any buttons, like if I decide to click on the link for View SparkPoints on the right side of the page, I can click away, but won't let me view it or on the start button, My Trackers, Articles & Videos, Community, or the shop, I have to go to the address bar and retype in the website, then it seems fine to work in Internet Explorer, but have no problems whatsoever in Firefox.

My hubby had run a few internet games a few years ago, had to test the games beforehand, and always tested the games on all browsers beforehand, he always noticed that Internet Explorer was the only one that would give him any troubles, even if it was the latest version out there. Even if it was the smallest detail, so small it was like what the...? that you wouldn't think it was possible.

We haven't been able to replicate the problem on our end, but I'll pass this info along in case there is something our Tech folks can do to track down the issue.

Cleaned the cache yesterday, did 15 minutes of exercise for today on Internet Explorer, did not catch the 15 minutes of walking, went to Firefox, went straight to the points page, did not catch it, went and added 15 more minutes, suddenly caught 30 minutes of walking. Just letting you know what's up.

It's the latest one, hubby likes to keep it updated, since he's a computer programmer, will try the cleaning part later.

What version of IE are you using? Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and see if that helps?

I use a desk top only, internet explorer. It only happens on the day of, if it is the first exercise of the day, if I do it on another day, a day or 2 after or up to a week in advance, there's no problems, I only have the issue the day of. there are times when I do walking a week in advance (I work weird shifts at work), so I like to put it in advance, then if I decide to go to the gym, since there's already an activity, there's no problems in collecting the points.

When we went into those days, clicked to "edit" the exercise and resaved it, the points showed up like they should. (There was no exercise tracked for 4/27, so there still aren't points on that day.) How are you tracking your exercise- is it through the regular site, mobile or the app? What browser are you using?

I've noticed this awhile back, whenever I do that day's points for exercising, I don't always get the points. I just did it for today, I got the fitness calorie intake (how many were burned) is fine, when I go back to do other items to collect points, I did not receive the points. Weirdest thing ever. I can usually collect the points in advance, if I remember, I know when my work schedule is, I usually do it then, occasionally, I miss a day, like today. If I put in the tracker in advance, I am able to collect the points for walking to and from work, the I occasionally put in my gym time the day of, and that is fine. Hope this makes sense. Please help.
