I wholeheartedly agree with Coach Jen. I never count caffeinated beverages like coffee and true tea as water. Especially since I make my coffee strong.

I wouldn't. It's a good idea to limit your coffee consumption b/c of the caffeine if possible, so you'd still want to get regular water in that daily fluid intake for the day.

Hello all...

New User here and this is my 1st post :-) I know we want to track water consumed daily and i get a fair share of my water in my coffee... Do you and/or should I count the water glasses for each 8 oz's of coffee and tea ??
