You're welcome and sorry for the confusion! If you find that happening on any of your other manual entries, you can edit those and correct the number that is listed for that (it's on the right side of the page when you are on the page where you add the nutrients).

I'm not sure what happened there then, but I just edited your entry for that and it is now showing 3 net carbs. I looked at your entries for today and those all seem correct. There are some that may look off by 1, but that is due to rounding and the page not showing the decimals.

I'm not following you. I haven't entered a 3 or an 8, or anything for that matter. I simply manually entered the Quest bar, Can you show me?

We show that you entered an 8 for the low carb number, instead of a 3.

Huh? I don't understand. I manually entered the food item. Not that column.
How do you even manually enter into a column?

The quest bar has 19 total grams of carb and 16 grams of fiber. So, if I understand correctly, net carb should be 3. Unless I'm mistaken...

We checked on this and looking at an item you tracked yesterday (your quest bar), you have it listed as 8 carbs for that option, instead of 3. So you may want to check your entries for that.

It adds extra carbs for any item. Manually entered or not. Most of my items are manually entered. It also adds it for fresh produce and whole foods. So, I guess I will always have to do some extra math when using the tracker. might be easier to not use the tracker... :(

That item isn't something that is required on labels and isn't something that is automatically added for all items. Are you using items that you manually entered or that are in the database or member entered? If you manually enter that info, it will be the most accurate since most items will likely not have that entered.

I use the Spark tracker to keep track of carbs. Mainly NET carbs. I have just realized that the "carbs for low carb diets" option actually ADDS on an extra 5 grams of net carb. Doesn't matter what food you add for the day, it's always an extra 5 grams of carb. I added a nutrition bar (3 grams net carb) and it says 8. ANY food. Does the same thing....
