It is now working. I went to all programs and found the sparkpeople folder, I opened it and it had two options. One said SparkPeople connect, I clicked on that and it said that it is loaded and ready for download. The green light came on and it is now working. Thank you for your time and patience.

I'll give it a try, but my computer is always on. It goes to sleep but it is always on. Does that change things?

You can try restarting your computer to see if that restarts the program and gets it to run. Otherwise, try the following:

Something you can try do to locate it is look in the start menu for a SparkPeople folder, if there is one, you can start it from there. To have it auto start right click SparkPeople connect and "create shortcut" then drag the shortcut to the startup folder. Now it will startup automatically when the computer starts up. If it isn't there in the start menu, you can look for the "SparkPeople" folder within the "Program Files" or "Program Files(86)" directory and then do the same shortcut steps as above.

Please check to make sure the SparkPeople Connect application is running by locating it in the System Tray on your computer, which is located in the bottom right corner of your screen near the date and time. You may need to click the arrow in that area to view all programs in your System Tray. If you are a Mac user, you can look for the SparkPeople Connect application in your dock near the bottom of your screen.

If the SparkPeople Connect application is installed and running, please check the 3 status indicators on the SyncPoint page and let us know what colors are listed next to each one.

My spark hasn't downloaded in almost a day. I have my shoes right by the computer and I have "woken" it a number of times by tapping on it five times. The dongle is clear, it does not glow green or red. I have tried taking it out for 20 seconds and putting it back it but that didn't work either. Please help, I have come to depend on my spark and feel lost without it. Thank you.
