Sorry to hear that you are still having that issue. We really do not think it is a problem on our site; we have not been able to recreate that problem on our end. I understand that your friend is having a similar issue; but, it is very possible that the same thing is causing the problem for them too.
I'm glad to see you are willing to give another browser a try. I have good luck with both Firefox and Chrome.
It's good to hear that Webroot helped you confirm there are not viruses on your computer. Did they happen to say anything about extensions that you may have with Webroot? I'm asking because I did some searching for the problem you describe and found quite a few references to possible issues with Webroot that caused pages to not fully load. Here's one I found:
"Do you know if you have the Webroot browser extensions enabled? If so and they are then it may be worth disabling them temporarily and retrying the web pages you are having trouble with to see if that makes any difference."

I am still having the problem with my team/chat pages not loading completely. They come up on an intermittenly status. Not working today as much as is working. I have checked my browser and nothing checked to cause this problem. I downloaded Firefox, but am not having luck with maneuvering around in it. Have Chrome so will try it.
I am sure this is a Sparks issue as another friend has said she is having the same problem. I contacted Webroot and they went through my computer wth me and have no viruses. Can one of you contact Sparks tech or somebody and see if they can help me.
