I have had this issue as well, particularly with an out of date browser.
Things that help: 1. Update browsers to the newest version of firefox or IE 2. Assuming you can't update it due to work administrator issues, make sure you let the page load fully before you try to do anything. If the search box doesn't show, or the result doesn't allow you to track, keep reloading. Sometimes it's better for me than others, but the issue is my browser and addons being WAY out of date. At home on an updated browser I don't have any issues with the site in firefox, chrome, or IE.
