As LADYSTARWIND mentions, those field are optional. I would not fill them in unless you really want to track that data so that you can see the info over time. It does not have any affect on the calories burned estimate.

Glad you asked!

I just put in the minutes in the far right column.... :) For some of the videos you can add the info in on the weights you used if you wish to keep track of that (?? it may up the calories a bit...??)
If you are just starting out on the exercise--great way to go!! I've found this 9 Minute Seated Arm one good too...(and you can do it without weights to start with!!) And don't be afraid to try the Seated Cardio...you can do as much or as little as appropriate. Coach Nicole gives suggestions to make it less intense...

Following this message I was able to add today's video - 12 seated core by Coach Nicole to my Favorites. I am at the very beginning of excercise routines and have heart/arthritis issues. The video was perfect for me.

Question not really site tech help but need answer to record activity- while adding to favorites I noticed that when you go to record there are boxes for reps, time, weights. If you are doing a 12 minute video, with no weights involved and the reps are part of the video - how would you record doing the video?

Ah...Thank You VERY Much!! I must have done that with the others...but certainly don't remember it! (I'm post-foot-surgery...and it was quite soon after that when I added those. Can I blame my memory loss on those 'good' pain drugs? LOL)

I hope you don't mind, but I went ahead and added that video to your Fitness Favorites. The "trick" was that you cannot add it to your favorites when clicking the button under the video. You have to search for it using the search function within the Fitness Tracker. Then, when you select the video to track it, you can also check the box there to add it to your favorites. Since I tested it out to be sure it would work for you, I went ahead and left it in your Favorites. If you do not really want it there, just let me know and I will remove it for you.

Hope this helps, and have a good evening!

OK..there's got to be a simple answer!! How do I add this 9 minute Video to my "favorites" in my Fitness Tracker?? I somehow managed to add in the Seated Core..and Cardio...but can't get this one to stay?!! If I recall right, both of those were added simply by "Tracking the Calories" from the little button below on the bottom of the Video page....

The Seated arm one adds in the calories OK. from the little button link..but can't get it to stay in the Fitness Favorites. Its a time waster to go back to the video again each time I want to track the Calories.... With the others I just do them in a row, then go to the Fitness tracker one time and add in the times all at once!.

Thanks so much from an "Incompetant Techie"!!
