Refreshing the page didn't work for me (Firefox browser). I'm happy now, though, as the problem seems to have evaporated. There are little inconveniences of various sorts that crop up from time to time, but somehow they iron themselves out. Unless I've become accustomed to a couple and don't notice them any more.

Thanks, again, Merle.

This happens quite often when I'm using the Silk browser on my Kindle, but refreshing the page always fixes the issue.

Okay, thanks, Laurie. I do appreciate you letting us know. Even though I couldn't recreate the issue, we can keep an eye on it to see if others start having the same issue or a pattern emerges.

Likely, what is happening is that you are just seeing an older cached version of the Nutrition Tracker page when you go back to it. That is especially likely if you are using the back arrow to return to that page. If that's the case, try using the "My Nutrition Plan" link on the right side of the page to return to your Tracker and you're more likely to get a new, refreshed version that includes what you tracked.

Thanks, Merle. I clear cookies often (at least once a day, usually while I'm logged into SP). I'll do it more often and see if it makes a difference. I just thought something may be up, as the disappearing act is a recent phenomenon.

Hi Laurie!

Thanks for letting us know about that. However, I have not been able to recreate the issue you describe. I tried in Firefox and Chrome several times. If you have not cleared your browser's cache/cookies lately, it might be a god idea to give that a try to see if that helps things behave better for you.

Good night! Hope you had a good weekend.

This has been happening on and off for a week or two. Thought I'd mention it, as I just saw another, current thread of reports of a different food tracker quirk(s).

I enter foods and all the data and bottom-row totals fill in properly. Then, for example, I click from Tracker page onto an item in My Friend Feed (screen right) to leave a comment. When I come back to Tracker page, the last foods added and the respective data have disappeared. They reappear when I refresh the page. Had I not noticed and refreshed, would the entries have been lost forever?

Laurie's the name, Firefox is the game.
