Yippee! I do variations on what originated as improvised recipes, so no two batches are ever quite the same, sometimes with a fairly significant change in calories and other data. Glad to know I can shorten the Recipe Box list, as most will never be cooked/eaten again.

If you delete the recipe from your recipe box, it will still remain in your tracker.

I know that editing-and-recalculating a recipe in My Recipe Box will change the numbers on all days' food trackers in which I'd already entered the recipe.

Please confirm what I believe to be true: If I delete something from My Recipe Box, it will automatically be deleted from all food trackers on which I'd previously entered it.

Is there some tricky yet painless way to delete from the Box but retain inclusion in the food trackers? I guess not, yet haven't lost all hope.
