Honestly, only track it if you want to. The sets and reps are only for your tracking purposes, and do not affect calculations. Does the video have a "track this" button somewhere on it?

I want to do the seated core workout and don't know how to record the sets and reps. If I do just the 12 minute video, how many sets and reps is that? I would appreciate any help you all can give. emoticon
