Those are optional fields, and I would just leave them blank. You can use the Curves Circuit Training entry in the Fitness Tracker and enter the number of minutes; our system will then estimate the number of calories burned for you.

I joined Curves last week and I don't understand how to track it on the fitness tracker. It asks for how many reps, minutes and calories burned. How do I find that out?
