It sounds like you might have downloaded the wrong SparkPeople app. The Corporate Wellness app is for corporations that have a specific program with us and is only available to members of that program. We do have apps available to our general membership, and you can see a description of them and links to download on this page:

Am having same issue with the iphone app, though I can log into the web site.

I downloaded the app on my iphone and it does not let me sign in with my username and password , i came on site to day on home computer and tried and it states my email does not exist, i get emails constantly
