If you can tell me what type of exercise you are doing, then I (or one of our experienced members) may be able to give more specific instructions. In general, one solution is to just pick the closest approximation of the activity you performed. Other suggestions will depend on whether your activity was strength training or cardio exercise and what the activity was.
