Hi,

It sounds like you may have re-saved one of your goal pages (even if you did not make any changes to the page). When you do that, your calorie range is recalculated based on all current information.

Wondering why my bade calories increased from 1600-1950 to 1670-2020... this is not related to my daily fitness calorie increase. ? I am aware of those adjustments. Ive been doing sp for almost two months, down 11 lbs and other than that have not reported any life style changes nor do I use an activity tracker.
