You know I have never had the "uninstall and try again" approach work.... until now! Whatever went wrong with the initial installation was corrected by reinstalling the app. Not only can I now see (and select) the "View Details" link for my Spark, I see there was even more data available on the same page further below. Thanks for your help!
As you might imagine, that's not the intended behavior of the app. Please uninstall the app and then download it again. If that does not allow you to scroll on the page and have it stay so you can tap the View Details link, let me know. If that happens, please also tell me what device you are using (iPhone or iPad) and which version of the app as well.
I just purchased a new Spark activity tracker and the SparkPeople Diet and Food Tracker app on iOS. In the app on the SparkPeople page I can see that the steps are at the bottom of the page and actually extend beyond the bottom of the page (into the icon bar at the bottom). I can keep my finger on the screen and scroll the page up and see my steps and mileage but I cannot click on the "View Details" link as the window snaps back to position (with the button hidden out of view beyond the bottom of the page) preventing me from tapping the link.
