Hi Bine

Yes, I think you have to officially join the challenge in order for the system to know you completed it and give you the trophy. When you join a SparkTeam, you'll get the option to not receive new topic notifications, so that hopefully it wouldn't create a bunch of unwanted new emails.

I recently completed the 30-Day Fit Food Challenge and the 30-Day Winter Wellness Challenge, now I started the Good Belly Reboot.

I quite enjoy those challenges that keep me coming back daily. However, I do not like my mailbox being flooded with notifications, so I did not click the "Join Challenge" button, I just did the plan and clicked "done" every day. Today when I was looking for other challenges to try I saw on Challenge Central that you can get trophies for completed challenges.

Now to my question: Didn't I get trophies for the Fit Food and Winter Wellness Challenges because I didn't click the "Take the challenge" button and submitted my email adress, or is there another reason? I'd really like to know, those trophies would add a little extra motivation!
