If it's not in the substitution list, then you will need to use the search box and add it to your tracker that way. You would then add that entry that you do want, for this, you would search for and use 2% milk, but then make sure you don't check the box for the non-fat milk so it doesn't get counted into your nutrition totals.

I can't seem to find how to substitute a menu plan item for an item that is not in the substitute list.

For example: the menu planner says to have non-fat milk for breakfast. I want to substitute it for 2% milk because that is all I have in my house.

I don't want to substitute it for a different type of item because I want to have it with my cereal.
