I know that must be aggravating. I use the recipes site almost every day and I have not had that issue. Thanks for trying the computer reboot -- sometimes that does fix things like that.

There are various things in general that can cause that error message to be seen. Here are a few things you can try:

- clear your cache and cookies
- check that your antivirus / malware protection are up-to-date; certain malware can cause this issue
- disable extensions or plug-ins that you may have on your browser. When they are disabled, if the problem stops, you could try turning them back on one at a time to see which one might be causing the issue
- check if you are using the latest version of your browser

If none of the above fixes things for you, you might try using a different type browser to see if it works better for you then.

Sorry it's not a straightforward answer; but, that particular message can be caused by quite a few things. I do hope one of these suggestions works!

Have been having issues for past few days now. Wondering if anyone else is too?? Keep getting PAGE UNRESPONSIVE pop-up screen offering me to either WAIT or KILL pages that have become unresponsive.

I have done both...but the problem is not being solved. I've rebooted my computer a number of times thinking it was a "ME ISSUE", but now after 3+ days I'm Begin to wonder. Is there an issue internally with SP and the recipe site???? Issue is that I am locked from being able to scroll the page in any way, which is a PROBLEM when I'm trying to enter new foods or manually editing existing food entered.

I even blogged on this issue in hopes to find out if I'm nuts or not!! PLEASE SOMEONE respond as to what is causing this issue. I am able to scroll on other SP pages / areas like SP-points, nutrition, fitness - so far OK. ggggggrrrrrrrr very frustrating!!!
