You can edit your manually entered foods following the instructions here: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer.

If you'd like to remove the food entirely, just follow the instructions to step 7 and instead of clicking the "edit" button, click the "remove" button.

I hope this helps!

I added a food and saved it before I entered nutrition info. I feel bad for putting "junk" out there as I find it very hard to wade through all the foods created by other users. It's usually very helpful, but it overwhelms me sometimes.

Is there a way to go and edit or remove foods created? If I can't do it, can a mod or admin do it?
