What you may want to do is try the other option and see how you do with those ranges as they go by your tracked fitness. You don't have to eat all those calories back, but you may find it works better for you to try that way.

I realize that there is a new setting in which your nutrition tracker and fitness tracker "communicate" with each other... but I don't want my burned calories to automatically get added to my nutrition goals for the day. That's like undoing the exercise I just did... I want it to go back to how it was when you would have a set range for the day per the amount of exercise you were going to do for the week.

No matter how much I change my fitness goals and increase my fitness, my calories for the day are always 1200-1550 which is the lowest setting. It used to increase my food when I exercised more. Maybe this is why I'm not losing weight -- my intake is too low!!
