There isn't a way to do that, so you may want to try your idea of using the Other Goals section for that.

Is there a way to set an end goal weight on the main tracker and then a way to set smaller goal weights (mini goals) that would be at the same interval to keep you on track for your end goal weight by a certain date?
The only way I can think of is to do the math myself and set in in my "other goals" section.
