Hi,

Carbohydrates are on everyone's food log as a default nutrient. On the main food log, it is the nutrient just to the right of calories.

Sugar, though, isn't something you can track with SparkPeople. This answer from our experts gives more information about that: www.sparkpeople.com/community/ask_the_expe

I would like to add "sugar" and "carbs" to my log. How do I do that?
