We recommend that for every 10-15 pounds you lose, you re-save your weight goal to ensure your calorie range is accurate. Instructions to do that are below.
Click on “Start” in the top left corner of the screen.
You’ll now see your Start page.
At the top of your Start page, you'll see "Step 1, Track Your Progress."
In that section, you'll see "Track Weight & Other Measurements" with a button just below it for "Edit Goals."
Click on "Edit Goals."
Scroll down the page to see the "Set Your Weight Goal" section.
In the "Target Weight" text box, make sure your goal is correct.
If necessary, you can also change your weight goal date by selecting a new date in the "By When" drop-down menus.
Also ensure that your current weight is correct.
Click "Save Your Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Clicking the "Save" button on that page (even if you don't change anything) will cause the system to recalculate your calorie range and changes will be made if they are necessary. Please note that because your calorie range is dependent on several factors, you may not see a change in calorie range when you complete this step.
