We have a recipe calculator that you can use to create your recipe, save it in your SparkPeople recipe box if you want for future reference, and even add it directly to your Nutrition Tracker when you eat it. When you create the recipe, you can then see the nutritional breakdown per serving. You can read more about how to do all that here:

Please see this Help answer on how to create food groupings. It's a good idea to create groupings; they can save you a lot of time when tracking your food.
