It looks as though you are using the program through ShopRite, which does not currently have the goal board option on the Start page, which is why you aren't able to redeem those points.
For the last question, I am not sure where you saw that, but we do provide technical assistance both on this message board and by emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
